John brings years of experience in litigation to the firm. He previously served as an Associate at boutique law firm where he worked alongside the founding partner.  He has experience in commercial litigation, construction litigation, employment litigation, family law, commercial real estate, and corporate compliance. He also served as a criminal law clerk for the Honorable Linda L. Lawhun, where he handled countless mediations in the Special Civil Part/Tenant/Landlord Court.

John has defended clients against fraud and embezzlement claims, facilitated SBA loans for cannabis manufacturing companies, secured summary judgments for general contracting clients, and negotiated immunity deals for the Department of Justice. His wide breadth of experience will serve the firm's clients well.

John received his B.A. in Criminal Justice from Rutgers University, and his J.D. from Widener University. While in law school, John participated in Moot Court Mock Trial. He also was a Research Editor on the university’s Law Review.
