  • New Jersey Law Journal "Women Attorneys of the Year" Ranking Methodology - Nominations were submitted for female attorneys "anywhere in New Jersey, of female attorneys making an impact at a law firm, in-house legal department, government agency or public interest organization. They looked for women of diverse backgrounds—in terms of ethnicity, race and gender identity, as well as in terms of practice area. They looked to recognize impact on the profession in all its forms—the nominee might have taken up or resolved a significant case or transaction, led a department through a difficult stretch, or helped change policy. The nominee might have championed the cause of women in the profession herself, though that is not specifically required for consideration. They sought to highlight honorees’ accomplishments over the past two years (2021-2022)." There was no official form to fill out.
