Paul M. Rozenberg is an Associate in the Firm's Newark, NJ office and is a member of the Corporate Political Activity, Election Law & Litigation, Commercial Real Estate & Redevelopment and Procurement Law, Government Contracts & Bid Protest Litigation Practice Groups as well as the Cannabis and other Industry Groups.
Mr. Rozenberg has extensive experience in a wide variety of practice areas including corporate, political and campaign finance law. He previously was a Legal Analyst and Aide to Governor Chris Christie, where he worked on several projects ranging from campaign finance reform to the preservation of New Jersey’s military installations. Before that, Mr. Rozenberg served as Legislative Liaison for the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission, advocating for the Commission’s interests with state legislators. Mr. Rozenberg was the campaign manager and chief legal officer for a grassroots congressional campaign in New York City, formulating campaign strategy with the candidate and ensuring compliance with state and federal electoral and campaign finance laws. In addition, he was the compliance officer for a construction company in New Jersey.
While in law school, Mr. Rozenberg worked for a New York-based law firm, focusing on corporate and securities law.
