While in law school, he served as a Summer Associate with a Philadelphia Firm, working closely with senior partners on commercial litigation matters, and as a Legal Extern with an Amlaw200 firm he supported cases involving federal consumer protection statutes. He also completed a faculty research fellowship at Drexel Kline School of Law, focusing on corporate governance and public benefit corporations.
Michael graduated from Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law in 2025 with a concentration in Business and Entrepreneurship Law. During his time there, he served as an Associate Editor and Notes Committee Member for the Drexel Law Review. He earned his undergraduate degree from Penn State University’s Smeal College of Business in 2013, where he studied Supply Chain Management and Information Systems.
Before pursuing a career in law, Michael spent nearly a decade in the corporate sector, holding roles at BNY Mellon, JPMorgan Chase, Accenture, and BP America. His work included managing large-scale projects, driving governance initiatives, and partnering with legal and procurement teams to optimize compliance processes. This background gives him a pragmatic, business-focused perspective that strengthens his approach to legal problem-solving.
A Pennsylvania native, Michael grew up in Exton and remains a dedicated supporter of Philadelphia sports. Away from the office, he enjoys golf and spending time with his family.
