Nicholas Pellegrino is an Associate in the firm’s Newark, NJ office and a member of the Complex Commercial Litigation Practice Group.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Pellegrino honed his skills at developing litigation strategy related to intellectual property and commercial law claims, managing opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and advising clients on business strategies related to their intellectual property portfolios. Previous to that, he was a Law Clerk to the Honorable Lisa M. Vignuolo, Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, where his responsibilities included all Complex Business Litigation Program matters filed in Middlesex County.
Mr. Pellegrino received his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from Villanova University. While in law school, he was the Digital Executive Editor of the Seton Hall Circuit Review and received an Appellate Advocacy Oral Argument Award. He was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar in 2018.
