Mr. Rosen is an accomplished attorney whose success can be attributed to his strategic and aggressive litigation approach, combined with his deep understanding of the applicable law. On behalf of his clients, Mr. Rosen routinely handles discovery issues, dispositive motions, judicial hearings and mediations. Mr. Rosen works closely with his clients on case strategy and risk assessment to ensure the best possible results.
Prior to joining Genova Burns, Mr. Rosen honed his litigation skills working for prestigious regional law firms. His experience encompassed a wide range of general liability cases, from construction to products liability matters, handling everything from case inception to conclusion. In this capacity, Mr. Rosen represented small business owners and Fortune 500 companies.
Mr. Rosen earned his J.D. from New York Law School and his B.A. in History from The George Washington University. While in law school, Mr. Rosen was a judicial extern for the Hon. Devin P. Cohen in New York City Civil Court. Immediately following law school, Mr. Rosen interned for the Hon. Douglas E. Alpert in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey where he drafted judicial opinions, orders and research memoranda on novel legal issues.
Outside of the courtroom, Brandon enjoys travel, sports, music, and spending quality time with his family. Additionally, he actively supports the Beauty Foundation for Cancer Care in Tinton Falls, N.J., demonstrating a commitment to making a positive impact beyond the legal arena.
