Prior to joining Genova Burns, Mr. Monaco was an attorney with an Ocean County law firm where he represented public entities. In this capacity, Mr. Monaco tried multiple cases to verdict resulting in no-cause verdicts in favor of his clients. Additionally, Mr. Monaco had an extensive appellate practice in which he drafted and argued numerous successful matters in the Appellate Division. Mr. Monaco also has bankruptcy law experience as he served as the bankruptcy attorney for the municipalities his firm represented.
In addition to working at Genova Burns, Mr. Monaco is a Judge Advocate in the United States Army Reserve. He currently provides legal assistance services to United States Army Reserve Soldiers in the New Jersey/New York area.
Mr. Monaco received his Juris Doctor degree from Roger Williams University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts degree from The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey.
