Ms. Mishriky received her undergraduate degree magna cum laude from Rutgers University and her juris doctorate degree from Rutgers School of Law. In law school, she was the senior editor of the Women’s Law Reporter Journal where she edited articles regarding legislative developments, significant federal and state court cases, and other areas of the law or public policy relating to women’s rights.
She also was actively involved in the Special Education and Health Clinic providing legal services to low income parents of children with disabilities in special education, early intervention and other school discipline matters. She worked closely with New Jersey Medical School’s outpatient Pediatric Primary Care clinic and social workers to address the adverse effects of social detriments on the health and well-being of children with disabilities and their families. Ms. Mishriky appeared before several administrative law judges and advocated for children’s educational rights.
Ms. Mishriky also has experience in medical malpractice defense. Ms. Mishriky served as an intern at the Attorney General Office in Newark, New Jersey in the Professional Boards Prosecution Division. There she observed medical board hearings before the State and attended investigations of license revocations with health care professionals.
Ms. Mishriky is also a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association. She is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, New York and in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. She enjoys travel and spending time with her family.
