Ms. Schubert graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2022 with a formal concentration in Health Law and was sworn in at the Genova Burns office in Newark in November 2022. Prior to that, she attended the University of Colorado Boulder where she completed a 4-year program in 3 years, and graduated in 2018 with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a minor in Philosophy.
Ms. Schubert served as a legal intern at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Office of the Principal Legal Advisor in 2020. Since then, Ms. Schubert has worked as a law clerk for Genova Burns LLC where she has co-authored numerous blog posts, articles, and presentations.
