Keith A. Krauss To Present For the National Business Institute

Keith A. Krauss, Counsel at Genova Burns, will give a presentation at a National Business Institute seminar, “Advanced Business Contracts: Secrets Only the Top Attorneys Know…” at the Holiday Inn in Princeton on Tuesday, July 18th and also at the Crowne Plaza in Saddle Brook on Friday, July 21st. Mr. Krauss’s presentation is entitled “Advanced Contract Examination and Drafting Techniques (w/Sample Clause/Language/Provision Examination).”

The seminar is designed for attorneys and other business professionals who are seeking to take their contract drafting, reviewing and negotiating skills to a more advanced level. It will teach professionals how to take vital contract language, terms, conditions, and clauses, refine that information and customize it to meet their clients’ unique needs and situations.

The seminar has been approved by the Board of Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 7.2 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 1.2 qualify as hours of credit for ethics and professionalism. For further information and to register, please click here.

Mr. Krauss is Chair of the firm’s Business Law and Commercial Transactions Practice Group. He also focuses his practice in the areas of Construction Law and Litigation, Alcohol and Regulated Products Law, and Intellectual Property Law.
