Matthew Kertz Helps Lincoln Tech Secure Lease for New Arizona Campus

Lincoln Educational Services Corporation (Lincoln Tech), a national leader in specialized technical and skilled-trades education, recently entered into a long-term lease establishing an Arizona campus with the assistance of Matthew Kertz, Esq., Chair of the Commercial Leasing Practice at Genova Burns LLC.

The new campus will occupy approximately 90,000 square feet in North Tempe, with convenient access to major Phoenix-area freeways and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. As Lincoln Tech’s 26th campus nationwide, the facility will initially offer hands-on training programs in Automotive Technology, Electrical and Electronic Systems Technology, HVAC and Welding.

This exciting expansion will bring career-focused education to the Phoenix metropolitan area while helping prepare students for opportunities in high-demand skilled trades. Congratulations to Lincoln Tech, Matthew and everyone involved in reaching this important milestone!
