Dina Mastellone Remarks on Advancing Equal Pay Legislation in Law360 Article

Partner Dina M. Mastellone’s insight was featured in a recent Law360 article entitled, “NJ Bill Would Spark More Equal Pay Suits For Employers.” The article explores an equal pay bill advancing in the New Jersey Legislature to battle the wage gap between men and women. In the article, Ms. Mastellone cautioned that, “Between the EEOC's actions and the pending legislation in New Jersey, now is the time for employers in the state to preemptively address any discriminatory pay practices.” Ms. Mastellone went on advise that “[t]hose employers who are engaging in pay disparity can certainly expect an increase in pay discrimination cases both under the LAD as well as cases brought by the EEOC for illegal pay practices.” For the full feature and Ms. Mastellone’s additional insight, please click here.
