Dina Mastellone to Present at NJ Bankers Conference

Firm Partner Dina Mastellone will present a lecture entitled “Murphy’s Laws: The 2019 Employment Law Landscape in New Jersey” at the NJ Bankers Human Resources Conference on Tuesday, May 14^th at the Heldrich Hotel in New Brunswick. The lecture will help human resources managers and directors in New Jersey’s banking industry get up-to-speed with the new labor and employment laws that are in effect in 2019 as well as a “sneak peek” of what’s on the horizon. Topics include how to combat leave of absence abuse, manage work from home issues and technology in the workplace, and having policies in place to defend claims by employees.
