Jennifer Mazawey to Present at Commercial Real Estate Transaction Seminar

Partner Jennifer Mazawey will present for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education at a full-day seminar entitled “Commercial Real Estate Transactions: From Handshake to Closing” on June 29th at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick.

Ms. Mazawey will participate as a panelist at this intensive one-day course on commercial real estate transactions in New Jersey discussing the impact that land use issues may have on the transaction. Attendees will learn how to craft and negotiate contracts and leases that will protect clients against untoward or excessive risk, how to address and anticipate the problems arising from title, land use, environmental, and financing issues, and find out how to focus preparation to draft and review all the necessary documents for a successful commercial closing.
