Rebecca Moll Freed to Present at NJICLE Election Law Seminar

Partner Rebecca Moll Freed is scheduled to present at the upcoming New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education’s Election Law Seminar “Pay-to-Play 2017: The Latest in Campaign Finance” on June 20th. Ms. Freed’s presentation, entitled “New Jersey Executive Branch Pay to Play Restrictions: Lessons Learned from the Della Pello Decision and the Do’s and Don’ts of Participating in the 2017 Gubernatorial Elections” will focus on the latest developments in the increasingly complex world of campaign finance restrictions and how to avoid potential violations through compliance.

The seminar has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 3.3 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 1.0 qualify as hours of credit for ethics/professionalism. For further information and to register, please click here.
