Kathleen Barnett Einhorn to Present on How Trials and Trial Courts in New Jersey Have Been Effected by the Pandemic at NJSBA Mid-Year Meeting

Genova Burns Partner Kathleen Barnett Einhorn, Esq. will present on a panel entitled, "By the Time I Get to Phoenix… An Up to the Minute Look at the Effect of the Pandemic on Trials and Trial Courts in New Jersey" at the New Jersey State Bar Association's 2021 Mid-Year Meeting on October 28th. 

The Mid-Year Meeting is a unique and meaningful opportunity to spend time with colleagues, to network, to learn and to give back to the community we are visiting. The program notes that "this year will be an even more meaningful way to reconnect after a challenging year."

The event will feature signature continuing legal education seminars, providing updates and practical information in key areas like family, labor and employment, and civil practice law and will also include sessions designed to examine and explore Latinx and social justice issues in Arizona. A golf outing, tours and receptions to catch up with longtime friends and make new connections are also planned.

NJ CLE: This program has been approved for 1.5 credits (50 minute hour) for NJ CLE,1.5 professional practice credits for NY CLE and 1.0 substantive credit pending for PA CLE.
