The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s residential eviction moratorium was held to be invalid Wednesday, May 5th by Judge Dabney Friedrich of the District Court of the District of Columbia in her ruling in Alabama Association of Realtors et al. v. U.S. Department of Health and Human Services et al.
