Illinois recently became the 11th state in the U.S. to legalize marijuana for recreational use. The state pushed a bill allowing recreational use and set up a system for commercial sales through Illinois state legislature. New Jersey attempted to do the same to much less success. Michael McQueeney, co-chairman of Genova Burns' Cannabis practice group in Newark, joined Cheddar to discuss why the Garden State hasn't been able to turn green.
