Rebecca Moll Freed Invited to Moderate PJM 202 Panel for Recent New Jersey Energy Coalition Event

Firm Partner Rebecca Moll Freed, Esq. was recently invited to moderate a PJM 202 event panel discussion hosted by the New Jersey Energy Coalition on Thursday, February 18th. Ms. Freed moderated a panel of experts including New Jersey Board of Public Utilities President Joe Fiordaliso, Asim Haque (Vice President, State Policy and Member Services – PJM), Jason Barker (Director, Wholesale Market Development – Exelon). Ms. Freed’s panel discussion included topics such as the NJ state agreement approach, job creation in a post-COVID economy, and the involvement of the DEP and ensuring related environmental safety.

The New Jersey Energy Coalition focuses on educating the public about the need for energy policies that protect the environment, protection of the ratepayer, and improvement of the state’s economy.
