In addition, Firm Partner Jennifer Borek and Counsel Lawrence Bluestone recently presented a Lawline CLE webinar entitled “Ethical Issues for Attorneys in Government Contracting.” Ms. Borek and Mr. Bluestone taught how counsel for organizations that engage in government contracting can abide by the rules of professional responsibility, such as the duty of confidentiality, and the challenges that the Contractor Code for Business Ethics and Conduct can pose for attorneys, such as contractual requirements to disclose certain information.
