Jennifer Roselle to Speak on “Pass the Trash” at School Law Forum

Counsel Jennifer Roselle will participate in a presentation on Pass the Trash legislation at the New Jersey School Boards Association’s Spring School Law Forum on Tuesday, June 12^th at the New Jersey Principals and Supervisors Association in Monroe Township. During this forum, attendees will learn about recent developments and emerging issues in education law, and practicing school board attorneys will share research and experiences in addressing the latest court decisions, statutes, administrative rulings, and codes that affect public education and school district performance.
