William F. Harrison to Speak on The State's Smart Growth Plan

Partner William F. Harrison will speak at the "Land Use in New Jersey" Conference on the topic of "The State's Smart Growth Plan" on Thursday, June 26th in Woodbridge, NJ. His lecture will cover several matters including an update on the goal of the State Plan to concentrate growth in urban areas, transit villages and transferable development rights. Mr. Harrison is a member of the firm's Commercial Real Estate, Redevelopment & Environmental Law Practice Group.
