Don Clarke to Speak on Chapter 11 Subchapter V at IWIRC–NJ & ECBA Program

Clarke, Esq., a member of the firm’s Bankruptcy, Restructuring, and Creditors’ Rights Practice Group, will participate in an upcoming panel discussion hosted by the New Jersey Network of the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC–NJ) and the Essex County Bar Association.

“Let’s Talk About Subchapter Vs” will take place on Wednesday, April 8 at 8:00 a.m. at Lowenstein Sandler LLP in Roseland, New Jersey. This complimentary CLE breakfast program will bring together experienced practitioners and The Honorable Stacey L. Meisel, USBJ for the District of New Jersey for a practical discussion on Chapter 11 Subchapter V.
