Jennifer Mazawey to Moderate Land Use Seminar at the New Jersey State Bar Association's Annual Meeting

On Thursday, May 16th, Firm Partner Jennifer Mazawey will participate as a moderator at the New Jersey State Bar Association’s 2019 Annual Meeting being held in Atlantic City at the Borgata Hotel and Spa from May 16 – May 18.

Ms. Mazawey's panel, entitled, “Hot Topics in Land Use - The Virtues, The Vices, and Everything in Between” is a special interest track for the NJSBA’s Land Use Law Section. Ms. Mazawey and her panelists of land use experts will discuss current happenings in affordable housing and RLUIPA, adult use cannabis and liquor licences, and the latest in notice and "time of decision" cases.

This program has been approved for 1.8 credits of NJ CLE, 1.5 professional practice credits for NY CLE and 1.5 substatative credits pending for PA CLE.
