Mr. McGovern and Ms. Roselle will focus their presentation on  the below topics: o What Construction Industry Employers Need to Know Wage-Hour Laws (covering what are hours worked, exempt vs. non-exempt employees and overtime requirements, minimum wages, rounding, commuting time, off the clock hours, record keeping) o Labor Law Changes Introduced So Far by the Trump Administration … and What We Can Expect Later in 2018 o Introduction to NJ Prevailing Wage Law (covering what work is covered by PWL, benefits supplements, applicable wage determinations, drive time) o A Legally Compliant Application, Interview and Hiring Process (covering the EEO laws, Fair Credit and Reporting Act, ban-the-box law, drug-testing, the I-9 process, and E.O. 11246) Mr. McGovern is Partner in the firm’s Labor Law, Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation, Immigration Law, and Wage and Hour Compliance Practice Groups, and Co-Chair of the firm’s Hotel, Restaurant & Hospitality Industries Practice Group.
