Rebecca Moll Freed to Present CLE Program at New Jersey Hospital Association on November 3rd

November 2, 2017

Firm Partner Rebecca Moll Freed will give a Continuing Legal Education presentation entitled "Implementing and Managing an Ethical and Effective Political Activity Compliance Program" at the New Jersey Hospital Association in Princeton on Friday, November 3rd. Ms. Freed will provide the CLE to in-house counsel at New Jersey hospitals and health systems.

With New Jersey's 2017 gubernatorial election right around the corner and Congressional mid-term elections not too far beyond, Ms. Freed's program is very timely. During her interactive program, not only will in-house health and hospital counsel obtain ethics credits, but they will also learn how to balance the "Do's and Don'ts" of Political Activity Compliance with their ethical obligations as attorneys.

Ms. Freed is Chair of the Firm's Corporate Political Activity Law, Non-Profit and Tax Exempt Organizations and Vendor Political Activity & Ethics Compliance Training & Audit Programs Practice Groups and Partner in the Procurement Law, Government Contract Compliance & Bid Protest Litigation Practice Group.
