Jennifer Mazawey to Speak on Land Use at the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Annual Meeting

On Thursday, May 19th, Firm Partner Jennifer Mazawey will participate as a panelist at the New Jersey State Bar Association’s 2016 Annual Meeting being held in Atlantic City at the Borgata Hotel and Spa from May 18 – May 20, 2016. The panel discussion, entitled, "Land Use Top 10: The Case All Practitioners Need to Know" is a special interest track for the NJSBA’s Land Use Law Section. Ms. Mazawey has extensive experience acting as development counsel for both public and private developers in all aspects of their projects. She regularly appears before planning boards and zoning boards of adjustment and handles land use and development permit acquisition from state agencies and in Construction Board of Appeals matters.
