John Petrella to Provide Insight on Current Trends in Labor and Employment Law as Panelist at NJICLE Seminar

Firm Partner John C. Petrella, Director of the firm’s Employment Law & Litigation Practice Group, will join a panel of some of the State’s leading legal practitioners at a New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education Seminar to discuss the 2015 Hot Tips in Labor and Employment Law. This program, presented in conjunction with the New Jersey State Bar Association Labor & Employment Section, will provide pointers that have garnered success for New Jersey’s most authoritative employment and labor lawyers. Mr. Petrella will lead on the topic of restrictive covenants and join his fellow panelists to provide attendees new insights they can apply to their practices and cases. The event is scheduled to take place June 5th at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick and has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 9.7 hours of total CLE credit.
