Jennifer Mazawey to Speak on Land Use at the New Jersey State Bar Association's Annual Meeting

On Wednesday, May 13, 2015, firm Partner Jennifer Mazawey will be a panelist at the New Jersey State Bar Association's Annual Meeting being held in Atlantic City at the Borgata Hotel and Spa from May 13 - May 15, 2015. The panel discussion, entitled, "Navigating Different Kinds of 'Adverseness' in Land Use -- the Workshop, the Board, and the Court" is a special interest track for the NJSBA's Land Use Section. Ms. Mazawey has extensive experience acting as development counsel for both public and private developers in all aspects of their projects. She regularly appears before planning boards and zoning boards of adjustment and handles land use and development permit acquisition from state agencies and in Construction Board of Appeals matters.
