Counsel Jisha Dymond and Associate Rajiv Parikh to Speak at National Asian Pacific American Bar Association Eastern Super Regional Conference

Genova Burns is pleased to announce that two of the Firm’s attorneys – Counsel Jisha V. Dymond, of the Firm’s Corporate Political Activity Law and Appellate Law Practice Groups and Associate Rajiv D. Parikh, of the Firm’s Complex Commercial Litigation and Construction Law & Litigation Practice Groups – are participating in panel discussions at this year’s National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA) Eastern Super Regional Conference. Jisha Dymond will participate in the “Hot Topics in Supreme Court Jurisprudence” panel that will address several recent challenging and controversial cases that have been decided by the U.S. Supreme Court or that are currently pending before the nation’s highest Court. Rajiv Parikh will participate in the “Social Media and the Law” panel that will aim to discuss the significant impact that social media has on the legal profession, the practice of law and its clients. Parikh is an active member of the Asian Pacific American Lawyers Association of New Jersey and the South Asian Bar Association of New Jersey. The 2012 NAPABA Eastern Super Regional Conference will be held from May 31 – June 2, 2012 at the Trump Taj Mahal in Atlantic City, NJ.
