Nicole McCann Named to South Jersey Biz Magazine's 20 Under 40 Listing for 2022

Ms. McCann's listing describes that she "specializes in employment law, litigation, and human resources counseling and compliance. In line with Genova Burns’ commitment to providing a full range of legal services and fostering diversified attorney skills spanning numerous practice areas, she has also worked in the realms of traditional labor law, campaign finance regulations and complex commercial litigation. McCann is a proud Rutgers-Camden alumna and during her tenure at Rutgers Law School she focused her studies on employment law and participated in the ABA Section of Labor and Employment Law’s Trial Advocacy Competition. At the time of graduation from law school, McCann was awarded the American Bar Association and Bureau of National Affairs Labor and Employment Law Award. Prior to joining Genova Burns, McCann served as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Christine Smith, J.S.C. in the Civil Part of the Superior Court of New Jersey – Atlantic/Cape May County Vicinage, where she assisted with cases in a wide array of civil practice areas."
