Mr. Parikh is a nationally and regionally recognized crisis manager, litigator and strategist. He is a Partner at Genova Burns and serves as Co-Chair of the firm's Crisis Management Practice, Chair of its Election Law & Litigation Practice and is an integral member of several Litigation focused practices. Mr. Parikh has been intimately involved with virtually every statewide election over the past 15 years and has served as General Counsel to the New Jersey Democratic Party since 2014. He has also been heavily involved in other political campaigns nationally, including serving as general counsel to Secretary Pete Buttigieg’s 2017 DNC campaign, and counsel to several political committees. His crisis-management and complex litigation practice achievements include successfully defending a $1B bond issuance over a two-week emergent litigation through several appellate courts, counseling public figures and entities on responding to extortion, e-harassment and defamation through legal and media strategies and managing teams of professionals to ensure client success on bet-the-company issues. He regularly appears as lead trial counsel in State and Federal courts throughout the region. As a born and bred New Jerseyean with undergraduate and law degrees from Rutgers University, Mr. Parikh remains an active member of the legal, business and philanthropic communities. This includes leadership positions with several State and national bar associations, charities, and civic and business organizations. His has been recognized for his work by the New Jersey Law Journal, Anti-Defamation League, national Asian American political and legal entities, NJBIZ Magazine, ROI-NJ, Super Lawyers, NJ Globe, Insider NJ and others.
