Jennifer Roselle Featured in NJBIZ Article on Janus Decision

Firm Counsel Jennifer Roselle was quoted in a recent NJBIZ Spotlight article on Unions, "Limited Effect", which focused on the Janus decision, noting that it "puts public employee unions in a tough, but not impossible, position." 

Ms. Roselle is quoted as saying the court ruling suggests that, "public unions may charge for certain services, like representation in disciplinary or grievance matters, but that's only a small portion of what the unions do for public employees. From a financial standpoint, it's expected that the unions are looking for ways to meet their obligations with potentially significantly less resources available."
