Dina Mastellone Quoted in Pennsylvania Record Article on New Regulations Requiring Gender Neutral Bathroom Facilities

Partner Dina M. Mastellone was recently quoted in a Pennsylvania Record article, “Philadelphia’s gender-neutral bathroom law effective Jan. 20; Attorney says lawsuits will soon be on the way” concerning new legislation passed by the City of Philadelphia requiring all public single-stall restrooms in city-owned buildings and privately owned establishments be gender-neutral.
