Rebecca Moll Freed Presents Seminar for the NJ Professional Insurance Agents on Campaign Finance Laws

On Wednesday, June 24, firm Partner Rebecca Moll Freed presented a seminar entitled "Strategies for Compliance with New Jersey Campaign-Finance Law & Pay-to-Play Restrictions," hosted by the NJ Professional Insurance Agents.
During this interactive seminar, Ms. Freed discussed New Jersey’s campaign-finance law, statewide pay-to-play restrictions and local pay-to-play ordinances. The room was packed with insurance agents and agencies who do business or hope to do business with New Jersey government entities. Throughout the seminar, Ms. Freed offered “compliance tips” and made sure the program provided attendees with a working knowledge of how to create and implement an effective political activity compliance program.
Rebecca Moll Freed is the Director of the firm’s Corporate Political Activity Law and Non-Profit & Tax Exempt Organizations Practice Groups. She frequently lectures on pay-to-play and political activity compliance.
