Daniel Stolz to Discuss Important Bankruptcy Decisions on Panel at Honorable William H. Gindin Bench Bar Conference

Partner and Chair of the firm's Bankruptcy, Reorganization & Creditors' Rights Practice Group Daniel M. Stolz, Esq. will participate as a panelist at the 2021 Honorable William H. Gindin Bench Bar Conference hosted by the Association of the Federal Bar of New Jersey on April 23rd.

This distinguished panel, including Bankruptcy Judge Vincent Papalia, will review and discuss the most important bankruptcy decisions of the last year. 6.0 NJ MCLE credits have been requested toward NJ/PA including 1.0 ethics credit and 5.0 CLE credits have been approved toward PA including 1.0 ethics credit.

About Daniel M. Stolz

Mr. Stolz is Partner & Chair of the firm's Bankruptcy, Reorganization and Creditors Rights Practice Group. He is a bankruptcy lawyer of national prominence, having been involved in a multitude of large Chapter 11 cases throughout the country. Mr. Stolz is a frequent speaker on a wide array of Bankruptcy topics and has written numerous articles on bankruptcy issues. Mr. Stolz has been frequently quoted in many national publications, including the New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Forbes Magazine, The Star Ledger, the Bergen Record, Law 360 and the New Jersey Law Journal. He was one of the attorneys responsible for creating the Bankruptcy Bench Bar Conference, held every year for the Bankruptcy Bench and Bar in New Jersey and was one of the original Trustees of the New Jersey Bankruptcy Foundation.
