James Sukharev to Present on Restrictive Covenants at NJSBA Seminar

Associate James W. Sukharev will present at a NJSBA seminar entitled, "Restrictive Covenants: Non-Solicitation, Non-Disclosure and Non-Compete Agreements: Update 2019" on May 30, 2019. 

Attendees of this seminar will learn the keys to drafting and enforcing restrictive covenants agreements. Expert faculty will discuss drafting, breaches, enforcement and damage issues from both the employer's and employees' perspectives. They will also bring attendees up-to-date about the latest developments in the field.

This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 4.0 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 4.0 qualify as hours of credit toward certification in civil trial law.
