Keith Krauss to Participate on Panel for New Jersey City University School of Business – Institute for Dispute Resolution

Counsel Keith A. Krauss will participate as a panelist for the New Jersey City University School of Business’ Institute for Dispute Resolution on May 9th  in a program entitled “Connecting Bridges and Borders in Real Estate Property Management to Foster Global Trade and Commerce”. Mr. Krauss will join esteemed panelists, Dr. David S. Weiss, Founding Director, Institute for Dispute Resolution (IDR), Maurice Q. Robinson, Esq., PHR, EEO & Fair Housing Officer and Executive Agency Counsel, New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) and Luis M. Martinez, Vice President, International Centre for Dispute Resolution, (ICDR) in a discussion moderated by Robert E. Margulies, Esq., Lawyer/Mediator, Margulies Wind regarding risk and conflict management for real estate managers & operations to explore how property management can utilize mediation clauses, review how mediation works, and benefits of the process. Mr. Krauss will be discussing how mediation/arbitration clauses can be used effectively in construction agreements.

Opening remarks will be made by Senator Sandra Bolden Cunningham followed by Maria Nieves, President of the Hudson County Chamber of Commerce introducing the Honorable Steven Fulop, Mayor of Jersey City as Speaker. The conference will conclude with remarks from Dr. Bernard McSherry, Founding Dean of New Jersey City University School of Business.
