Rebecca Moll Freed to Present to the Associated Construction Contractors of New Jersey

Firm Partner Rebecca Moll Freed will present a program entitled “Navigating the Layers of New Jersey’s Pay-to-Play Laws” to the Associated Construction Contractors of New Jersey on October 18th in Edison, New Jersey. Ms. Freed’s presentation will focus on the “Dos and Don’ts” of participating in the political process so contractors understand the nuances of New Jersey’s pay-to-play restrictions in connection with maintaining eligibility for New Jersey government contracts from the State level down to the local level.
