Rebecca Moll Freed to Present to the Associated Construction Contractors of New Jersey

Firm Partner Rebecca Moll Freed will present a program entitled “Navigating the Layers of New Jersey’s Pay-to-Play Laws” to the Associated Construction Contractors of New Jersey on October 18^th in Edison, New Jersey. Ms. Freed’s presentation will focus on the “Dos and Don’ts” of participating in the political process so contractors understand the nuances of New Jersey’s pay-to-play restrictions in connection with maintaining eligibility for New Jersey government contracts from the State level down to the local level.
