Holland to Moderate and Nagy to Present at NJSBA 2015 Public Utility Conference

Cynthia L. M. Holland, member of the firm's Energy & Utility Law Practice Group, is scheduled to moderate the ethics panel for the New Jersey State Bar Association's upcoming 2015 Public Utility Conference on April 10th. Gregory E. Nagy, of Counsel to the firm, is also set to join the panel of public utility law practitioners who will provide attendees insight on the current landscape, ongoing challenges, and new ethics issues associated with practicing before the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities and similar utility regulatory agencies.
