Fourth Circuit Overturns Danielczyk

While the Supreme Court's decision in the healthcare case is dominating the headlines today, in other news, the Fourth Circuit reversed the the Eastern District of Virginia in US v. Danielczyk, which had struck down a federal ban on corporate contributions to candidates and political parties. For more background on the case, see our previous post here.
