Dina Mastellone to Discuss Women in the Workplace at the New Jersey State Bar Association's Annual Meeting

On Thursday, Mary 14, 2015, Counsel Dina M. Mastellone will be a panelist at the New Jersey State Bar Association's Annual Meeting being held in Atlantic City at the Borgata Hotel and Spa from May 13 - May 15, 2015. Ms. Mastellone's panel entitled, "Recent Developments Affecting Women in the Workplace," co-sponsored by the NJSBA's Labor and Employment Law Section and Women in the Profession Section, where Ms. Mastellone currently sits as Vice-Chair. The panel discussion will examine new legislation and case law (state and federal) affecting women in employment and will provide an overview of laws impacting topics such as equal pay, pregnancy discrimination and domestic violence leave. Ms. Mastellone is Director of the Human Resource Training & Audit Programs Group and a member of the Employment Law & Litigation Practice Group.
