The firm’s co-founding Partner Angelo  J. Genova was quoted in an article on Law 360 by Martin Bricketto which interviewed leading legal figures on the ramifications of the Governor’s decision not to renominate a sitting state Supreme Court justice.  Mr. Genova said, “Bipartisanship works only when there is compromise. Failure on both sides to find middle ground on judicial selection puts at risk the stature of our judges and undermines our judicial process…When the judiciary gets caught in the crosshairs of such political posturing, its independence is compromised and its integrity is impugned.”
