Brian W. Kronick to Present at an NBI Seminar on State and Local Governance Law on June 14th

Partner Brian W. Kronick will present at an NBI seminar on State and Local Governance Law in Princeton, NJ on June 14th.  Mr. Kronick’s presentation will give insight and  answers to current labor and employment law issues regarding pension and health insurance reform, social media and collective negotiations and interest arbitrations. The seminar will provide attorneys with a comprehensive look at current matters impacting state and local governments pertaining to civil suits, land use and right of way issues as well as smart growth and urban renewal policies procedures and best practices for your government entity. This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education for 8.0 hours of total CLE credit with 1.2 hours qualifying as ethics credits for New Jersey, 8.0 hours of total CLE credit with 1 hour qualifying as ethics credits for New York and finally 6.5 hours of total CLE credit including 5.5 hours of substantive law, practice and procedure CLE credit and 1 hour of ethics, professionalism or substance abuse CLE credit in Pennsylvania.
