Genova Burns Partner and Cannabis Law Practice Co-Chair Charles J. Messina and Associate Daniel Pierre have penned an article that was recently published by The National Cannabis Industry Association entitled "Rolling Out Legal Cannabis in New Jersey – 15 Key Points from the Proposed Law.”

Many are thrilled that the Garden State will finally allow recreational use of cannabis for adults aged 21 years and older. Mr. Messina and Mr. Pierre’s article highlights major points from the bill you should know if you’re looking to join this emerging industry. To read further, please click here.
