“Let’s Write a Will” ICLE Program to Feature Judson Stein as Moderator and Lauren Ahern as Panelist

On September 7^th and September 14^th Partner Judson M. Stein and Associate Lauren M. Ahern will participate in a New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (ICLE) program entitled “Let’s Write a Will – A Critical 2018 Update.”

This popular program, moderated by Judson Stein, is designed for general practitioners, new attorneys, and support staff who have little or no experience in Will drafting. The panel will show attendees how to build clauses and write Wills that can make a client’s wishes a reality. Register now to learn what questions to ask, how to ask them, and become aware of the ethical dilemmas you should avoid. Mr. Stein will be presenting on federal and New Jersey wealth transfer taxes and Ms. Ahern will be presenting on professional responsibility in estate planning.

Mr. Stein is Chair of the firm’s Trusts & Estates Practice Group and a Partner in the Non-Profit and Tax Exempt Organizations Practice Group. Ms. Ahern is an Associate in the firm’s Trusts & Estates Practice Group.
