Judson Stein to Present for NJICLE’s 23rd Elder Law Conference

Partner Judson M. Stein will present a seminar on estate planning considerations at the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (ICLE)'s 23rd Annual Sophisticated Elder Law Conference on Thursday, August 10th at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick, NJ. This all day conference is being presented in cooperation with the New Jersey State Bar Foundation’s Elder & Disability Law Section and will take place from 9 am to 4:15 pm at the Law Center.

The Elder Law Conference will help elder law practitioners gain a full understanding of recent developments in such areas as Medicare and Medicaid planning, special needs planning, visitation claims, retirement and IRA planning, and taxation and ethical issues, all which affect their clients and their practices.
