Genova Burns to Co Host Panel on SuperPACS at New York Law School

In partnership with New York Law School, GBGW is pleased to present a panel discussion on Oct. 18th from 6-8pm entitled “SuperPACS in New York: A Look Ahead to the 2013 Election.”  Moderated by David Chen of the New York Times,  the discussion will examine the role that this new spending entity will play in next year’s NYC elections. Will the entrance of SuperPACs be a positive or a negative development for the City’s political process and future governance? Panelists will include Richard Davis of the NYC Campaign Finance Board, Kevin Finnegan of 1199 SEIU,  Douglas Kellner of the NYS Board of Elections, Bradley Tusk of Tusk Strategies, and L. Joy Williams of LJW Community Strategies. GBGW Partners Angelo j. Genova and Laurence D. Laufer, Director of the Corporate Political Law Group, will also deliver remarks.
