John C. Petrella to Speak on Latest Developments in EEO Law and Best Practices at EEOC Technical Assistance Seminar

Partner John C. Petrella will speak at the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s Technical Assistance seminar on May 21, 2010. Mr. Petrella and other expert presenters will discuss managing leaves of absences and best practices for developing and implementing leave policies. Other topics will include employment discrimination issues and the latest developments in EEO law. The seminar will be held in New Brunswick at the John J.
