Angelo J. Genova to Present at 30th Annual Litigating Employment Discrimination Claims Conference

Partner Angelo J. Genova will be presenting at the 30th Annual Litigating Employment Discrimination Claims conference for the Practising Law Institute. The Practising Law Institute (PLI) is one of the most prestigious providers of continuing legal education and selects only the most experienced practitioners as faculty. Mr. Genova will be lecturing on the use of statistical evidence in establishing and defeating a prima facie case of disparate impact discrimination as well as recent developments and the expanding use of statistics to prove disparate treatment discrimination. The conference will be held at the Practising Law Institute Conference Center in New York on Tuesday, June 17th. Mr. Genova is a leading member of the New Jersey Bar in the practice areas of Labor & Employment Law, Election Law and Complex Litigation and Appeals and currently serves as Chairman of the Section on Labor and Employment Law of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
